Im addicted to diet coke and need a replacement. Maybe I should just drink a crap load of water, but then I go too much. What can I do?

Try mixing water with fruit juices. It gives the water a different taste, and it's healthy for you. What you're probably addicted to is the caffeine. You can help this by drinking a cup of coffee in the afternoon( if you're a coffee drinker).

Are you sure you are "addicted" to diet coke or do you just really like it alot? I drink at least 3 cans a day, but I am not addicted, I could easily replace it with diet pepsi or or some generic diet cola. If you really feel you have a problem, try the caffine free diet, the caffine is what you are probably wanting. Drink something in between, like coffee, teas, or juices and maybe even some flavored water. I like the plain water myself, all a matter of taste. I would just switch around a little, but be sure to get some diet coke through the day. If your mind starts to crave it, your body will too. It really won't do that much harm. Now if you said you had to have some whiskey mixed with it, you might have a problem! Sudden withdraw from caffine will give you a pounding headache, so do it gradual if you feel you need too, ok?

Drinking more water will not make you go to the bathroom more as you will have full bladder when you do go and you will empty out better. Besides Coke contains caffiene which is a diuretic and makes you go more often. Replace your soda with water or flavored water.

Water, juice, milk, anything but that stuff.

Believe when I say this. After not drinking soda pop for awhile, diet or otherwise, you will wonder why you drank the stuff in the first place, cause then you'll notice that all it does is make you more thirsty and feel bloated.

if u really want something carbonated try some caronated fruit soda which is healthier 4 u. Or u could drink sprite (which taste like crap). But water is by far the best choice.

I believe it about being addictive. That apsartame is actually addictive, and dangerous stuff.

I don't recommend replacing it with much of anything except water, but health food and organic food stores sell sode with real sugar. (Regular pop has corn syrup instead of sugar, which is also bad stuff.)

Lemonade Light. It tastes way better then regular lemonade! Ive had it in fast food restaurants but im not sure if its available in sotres yet.. But if it is get it! only 5 calories and its the best tasting lemonade ever!

try crystal light and put it in ur water. they have a variety of flavors. or try green tea it is also good for u or just plain water if u like water.
