Yes he can be charged.....unless of course they both live in a trailer park in Tennessee, are related, and plan on appeared on Springer or Maury Povich....then it would be ok.

i don't know, but here in jacksonville, nc it's like this
16 is the age of consent.....it's got to be a 5-6 year difference for stat rape here.....like 13 and 18....14 and 19....15 and 21
i think he should be locked up.....18=your an adult by law...15=still a minor by law and still a little girl

Yes, he can, if her parents want to. 18 yrs. old is considered by law to be an adult. Age 15 yrs. is under age basically, jail bait. If she doesn't want to keep the baby, please consider giving it up for adoption. There are many people in this world that would like to have a baby, and aren't able to have their own. Take care.
