There is this guy and we have gone out 3 times and it always end with all he wants to do is make out which i am not ready for. I found out that in a few weeks he is moving and i think i still have feelings for him. He has gotten a new girlfriend and I think he did it to make me jelous. He is kind of difficult to talk to and i want to know how to tell him i still like him before he moves and i never see him again.

He got a new girlfiend because he wants an "easier" girl. Forget about him and wait for a guy who can respect you and how far you're ready to go.

He has moved on and found someone else. He does not sound like the kind of guy that a girl like you should be associating with in a love relationship because he does not respect what you are about. Just tell him that you like him as a friend and that is it.

Hallmark has a card for just about everything, try to find one for someone moving,,,,,,, yet kind of romantic,,,, then write a note to him,,,, letting him know you will miss him,,,,,
with that said,, while he may of found a new girlfriend to make you jealous, he also may of found one that will make out,,,,,, if that is a main interest of his,,,,,, and you really dont need someone like that in your life, or devoting your feelings to,,,,,,, 3 dates is not enough to be seriously making out
