that says ZoneSetupProc could not be found or library zoneoc.dll cannot be loaded. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? I would appreciate any help.
Also, character map doesn't show up in Windows - I don't know if this has anything to do with it, but since they are both Windows components I believe they might be linked).
I'm a computer dummy so if possible can you take me through the steps? Thank you!

a) did you restart the computer before you tried to reinstall? If not, do so. try again.
if that didn't help, hmmm. If you are running windows XP I suggest reinstalling service pack 2, that seems to fix a lot of these 'can't find X or Y' issues. It's massive (260 Mb) and you can download it here:
