Best place for a tattoo on my body?

Question

Ok so Im thinking of getting a tattoo but Im having trouble figuring out where to put it. Im an 18 year old female, and I dont know what type of career I am going into, so it cant show wearing normal clothes. I also plan on having kids, eventually, although Im not planning on any other significant body size changes. Does that mean a hip tattoo is out? I really dont want my cute little hip tattoo to turn into a blob after I have kids. Im also ruling out some of the more suggestive areas that would look weird on a middle aged/older woman. I dont want my children/grandchildren seeing my tramp stamp! lol (even though I really like those!! lol)

I feel like Im being too unreasonable. But if Im going to make a permanent decision like this, I dont want to regret it later. I know I can always get it removed if I have to, but I would prefer not to.

Most common would pobably be on upper bak left/ right shoulder, or lower back right above the bootie (middle)

you can tattoo on your lower back, just above ya bum. and below ya navel. belly button i mean. so when you wear low waist jeans, people can see. on ya boobs or else on ya bum also is a nice choice. but its entirely upto ya.

I live in Singapore, actually it was S$9.15 ( Singapore dollars ) ok? Then I knew if I post questions on this forum, people from USA only would majority be of the answerers. Thats why I converted the money into US$, I didnt know in USA that money is small. But here in Singapore, S$9.15 is expensive. I exchanged the currency amount at www.xe.com

Here there is no base price, but S$2 for for delivery charges. Ok ? So you can order for a dollar and end up paying $3 by adding up home delivery charges. Gotcha ? Different country, different culture, style and everyhing etc etc etc ...

I agree to the point I was lazy, its not only that, but it was raining, ok? I had to make my walk with an umbrella then. It would have been a totally uncomfortable experience. Some more, I wouldnt have got the free meal. If you get meal for free, the waitng doesnt really matter you know.

Actually, Yahoo Answers is not only for americans. Ok ? Its for people from all parts of the world. Fast Food category comes under normal section, its not under any country, ok ? So, the overwhelming Americanization of lets say, considering to think in blind hope, that other people are by default from US is wrong conception. depending on the design, i say upper shoulder/back area. doesn't stretch with pregnancy, and can be hidden under clothes. if you don't want your kids to see it, why bother getting it? you pay a lot of money for it, so let it out!

well i was going to say the hip but i guess your point is right. mabey you should get a symbol or whatever you want on your wrist. srry i dont know if its a small tatoo or a big one so if its small then definitely the wrist, but i have know clue for a big one. hope i helped

i got one on the back of my leg because i figured if my job doesn't allow it, i can always wears long skirts/pants...and i'm pretty sure my legs won't get fat when i have kids...lol but the upper back is a good spot too

Get it on your lower back, it can be hidden under clothes and only seen when you want it to be.
