I would like to know what I should make with homemade pizza for the perfect birthday dinner

Greek Salad
romaine lettuce
feta cheese
red onion
ripe tomatoes
cucumbers
greek or black olives
brocoli is good too
red peppers
croutons
Tossed with Newman's own light balsamic dressing.
My version of greek salad.
Maybe some breadsticks for the salad.
Cheesecake for dessert.

Why not make it an Italian Birthday dinner?
Menu:
Spaghetti and meatballs or Italian sausage
Lasagna/with meat sauce
Veal Parmesan
Baked Spinach topped with mozzarella cheese
Texas Toast
and for dessert : Cherry Cheesecake
