Ti' Amo Moltissimo is the correct way to write it.
Because Ti Amo Molto is only - I Love you much.

In standard Italian the most common saying is
" TI AMO TANTISSIMO " ("ti amo moltissimo" it's a second option, but less used)-

No! It isn't 'molto'! Because 'molto' it's only 'much', but if you add 'very', in Italian 'molto' becomes a superlative and it must be translated 'moltissimo' or 'tantissimo' (it's the superlative of 'tanto'). So: "Ti amo moltissimo" (Tee à h-moh mohl-tèès-see-moh). Ciao.

The literal translation is "Ti amo molto" or "Ti amo moltissimo" (wich is a bit more ;))
However... this expression translated like this is used to express love mostly to a partner, boyfriend/girlfriend kind of love.
Now, if you are speaking about a more friendly love (to a family member, friend, etc) it is translated: "Ti voglio molto bene" or "Ti voglio tanto bene".
There are sutile differences in Italian according to what you want to express :)
