i need a flat stomach :]
and before i want to tone my stomach i need to burn that layerrr of fat haha.

I'm actually very happy to hear that you know to burn off the fat before you can show off the abs! :)

as for how long it will take...depends on a lot of factors really. Your diet first and foremost. Duration of cardio..number of days..etc etc

i can think of a few you can do kickboxing, running, walking, knee ups, and pretty much any school sport if your still i school/high school. it depends on how much you exercise and what you eat during the day and week. but if you eat healthy and exercise 4 times a week you should lose at least a few pounds in two weeks.
