If she is constantly trying to tempt you, then beat her a**. Let her know, you don't take mess from anybody. Now-a-days people need to realize that you can't try to beat up on everybody. If she touches you whoop that a**. No matter how old she is.

Why? Is she just doing it to provoke you for some unknown reason? I can understand if you two have some kind of conflict that has been going on for a while; however, if not, then try to identify and resolve the problem first. If it cannot be resolved, then perhaps you can both get together and sign a legally binding contract that states that "We both agree to fight and are willing to accept the consequences of both our actions without the ability to sue each other for physical damages to each other as a result of this legally binding agreement. Whatever happens in the ring we fight in will be the responsibility of our own actions and any costs involved will be paid by ourselves and anyone who wishes to donate money to either side of the fight."

No, in some states if she hurts you she could be considered an adult. As far as you are concerned, don't you feel like you are truly a better person than to go fight some juvenile delinquent? If you were the type to go fight and not think it was wrong you would never have posted this note. It is bothering you, scaring you and that's normal. You need to tell your principal, your parents and have your parents call the police and report it. She is just trying to scare you and if everyone knows she threatened you she knows they will come after her first. Don't fall for it. Take care and think your decisions over well before you do anything.

Avoid it if you can, but sometimes you gots to keep it real. When you go at it. Grab the back tail of her shirt and pull it over her head. Pop her a few good ones before someone breaks it up. You should probably only get five for fighting, maybe a ten minute misconduct.

Tell a level-headed family member, and you and that family member go to the girl's house and talk to the girls family, try to resolve things like human beings instead of reptiles.
Also, inform school authorities so if she attacks you they'll know you weren't at fault. The girl may have anger management issue's, maybe the school could provide counselling.
Defuse the situation if at all possible,
Don't fall into her trap.

What would the fight prove? Be the better person and just ignore her.

She sooo likes you. She retains telling you she's gruesome in basic terms so which you would be able to tell her that she is gorgeous. whilst a woman asks who you like, its probable because of the fact they want you to assert: "YOU!" and ask her out instant. Ask her: What might you do if I informed you I enjoyed you." and notice the way it is going from there. good success!

Unless you're fighting for a really really good reason. If she has your mom hostage... that would be a good reason. Or threatening to kill your puppy. Stuff like that. Otherwise, don't.
