lift weights. Here is a diet that I came up with. It really works.

1. DRINK A LOT OF WATER.
2. eat breakfast at 6:30 every morning
3. keep your heart level up for at least 2 hours/day
4. eat lunch consisting of fruits and vegetables and meat at 12:00pm
5. eat a snack at 3pm of fruit
6. eat a light supper no later than 6:30pm.
The reason that I say start at 6:30am is because it will stimulate your metabolism and the earlier you eat, the more breakfast you can eat
The reason that I say at least 30 min of aerobic exercise/day is because the longer that you keep your heart rate up the more energy you burn.
The reason that I have put you on a schedule of times to eat is because this schedule keeps your metabolism up. The later that you eat supper, the more likely that the calories that you consume at dinner will turn to fat.
I suggest a lot of water because it has no calories and it aids the digestive process. I suggest fruit and vegetables because they do not have many calories and they digest easily.
Eat nuts in the morning because they are difficult to digest and will keep you full longer.
Good luck getting into shape.
By the way, if you run for at least 30 minutes/day you can go out to eat 1 time per week.

Give it a month to start to see results. You will lose more without the going out to eat thing. Also, stay away from alcohol

The Trim System Body Kit is really good. It focuses on the Protein Plus Diet created by the Better Life Institute which encourgages healthy balanced eating for a lasting lifestyle change.
It also comes with delicious meal supplements like protein bars and shakes and natural supplements like CLA, Citrimax and Chromatemeate so you will curb your appetite and retain muscle while you are losing fat.
For excercise it comes with DVDs that only take 10 minutes per day and focus on the four basics of cardio, weight bearing, core and stretching.
This is simply the easiest, most natural and complete program I know of.
You can get it at www.jewel.mychoices.biz All the best.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Get started today!

I found a great way to lose weight fast and keep it off. I do body cleansing. I lost 13 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. Cleansing will help the body get rid of impurities. Impurites come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives etc. The impurities get stored in the fat in our body. To shrink the fat, we have to get rid of the impurities by cleansing. This made sense to me and I decided to try a cleanse program and it worked. The weight came off fast and this kept me motivated to keep going, not like other diets where the weight loss it too slow. You are still young I would say that you should visit your family doctor and they can give advise and a healthy diet plan and goal weight for you to achieve. All I can say is that the one thing that helped me was to stop eating at night because when you sleep the food sits there and turns into fat. But whatever you do decide to do make sure to talk to your doctor first loosing weight the safe way is always better than the fast way.

Any exercise which uses aerobics; treadmill, bicycle, aerobics, etc. will assist you in significantly losing body fat. You have to do enough to work towards burning the fat. It is advisable that you get into some of the classes your gym offers for burning fat. This should help you. Keep up what you are doing, you are obviously succeeding.

You can lose body fat quickly by making some dramatic changes in your current diet and lifestyle habits. You will never have to diet again if you decide to take control of your health today and eat an optimal diet of nutritious food while also practicing optimal lifestyle habits. Here are my suggestions as a Health Coach:

1. Drink more water!- When you are properly hydrated you BURN more fat. you need to drink half your weight in ounces each day. Buy two 50 oz water bottles and drink and refill daily. Only drink water in between meals. Do not drink but a sip or two with meals. Drinking water, soda or tea with meals messes up the digestion process.

2. Eat 9-13 servings of mostly RAW fruits and vegetables each day. Include a WIDE variety like spinach, kale, papaya, kiwi, mago, etc.

3. Eliminate ALL SOURCES of Dairy products from your diet. Dairy is toxic and drains calcium from your bones. Go to The Physician's Committee for Responsible Medicine Website for research. Good replacements for dairy include organic soymilk, rice milk, or almond milk. Choose one that is unsweetened.

4. Eliminate all refined sugar from your diet. Sugar is addictive, and in quantities contained in a soda can negatively effect your immune system. Better sources of sugar in limited quantities include Agave Nectar and Sucanat.

5. Practice healthy sleep habits. Go to bed by 10:30 each night and wake up by 6:30 each morning.

6. READ Food Ingredient labels. Trans Fats are in all processed foods. If you are consuming even 1 gram of Trans Fat each day you increase your chances of heart disease by 20%. 5 grams (the amount in most fast food meals) puts you at 100% risk for that day. Watch out for other negative ingredients like food dyes, preservatives, and MSG.

7. Exercise at least 4 times a week (6 is optimal) in your target heart rate. Two workouts should be weight bearing exercise.

8. Don't take a multivitamin. Take a whole food concentrate instead. Whole food concentrates are made from real fruits and vegetables, not synthethically manufactured nutrients. It can help catch you up quickly to reaching 9-13 fruits and veggies each day. There is a brand I highly recommend. If you are interested please email me.

Lose body fat.... WEIGHT LIFTING! Trust me! If you do steady weight liftinf 4 days a week, you will gain muscle, which then will help you burn fat even faster, as you lose weight weight lifting. Some of my friends started weight lifting at the end of the school year, and when they came back, they were sooo buff. It was kind of scary lol. But don't rush it... it does take time. Hope this helped some.

Burn more calories than you consume. There are 3500 calories in one pound. If you had a 500 calorie deficit each day, you would lose one pound per week. Anything more than that is unhealthy. Keep track of you calorie consumption daily and try to exercise more to create the 500 calorie deficit.

Well, i know i might sound a bit crazy but you just have to think yourself in loosing pounds + you'll have to work out a bit, that's just to help you think that you'll lose pounds. yeah... it's all about mentality , if you really believe that you're going to loose fat , you will. it sounds simple but it isn't because there are a lot of people around you that will think different.

well ... i know ... i may seem like a person that has issues but trust me on this one, what i've said is real and it works.
