Simple - the whole concept is new. Its like riding a bike - it doesnt matter how much you read about it, you have to get on and learn for yourself. Everyone has their own style for asking chicks out, you simply have to discover your own. Standing out helps too. And, o yeah, be yourself!

Only a loser would be asking that, and I don't think you want to be a loser. Take a look at the mirror and make yourself noticable, after that just chill out at the mall or at school. The girls will come to you, bro, trust me. The best thing you could do is just let them come to you.
