Possibly shy but I don't see you as a prude. If you were a prude you would not even do it with hesitation. But Wikipedia Encyclopedia says the following...
A prude (Old French prude) [1] is a person who is described as being overly concerned with decorum or propriety. They may be perceived as being uncomfortable with sexuality, nudity, alcohol, drug use or mischief. It can also refer to a person that has little sexual experience, despite the fact they may want to engage in such behaviour.
The name is generally considered to mean excessive modesty, and hence unflattering, and is often used as an insult. A person who is considered a prude may have reservations about nudity, participating in romantic or sexual activity, drinking alcohol or consuming other drugs, or participating in mischief. These reservations may stem from shyness or strict moral beliefs. Actions or beliefs that may cause someone to be labeled a prude include advocating or practising abstinence, advocating prohibition, advocating censorship of sexuality or nudity in media, disapproval of being topless in public, avoiding or condemning displays of affection, or exhibiting unusual levels of discomfort with sexuality, alcohol, drugs, or mischief.
Like modesty, one's perceived prudishness may vary according to who is present.
Sexually repressed or sexually repressive are other terms used to describe people who might be labeled prudes. The term Puritan is sometimes used in the same way, reflecting the stereotype image of members of the Puritan religious sect.

No, if you were prude...you'd just be unwilling to do more sexual things than that. But there is nothing wrong with that. In this case, I think you're just shy and a little embarassed. If you're not going out with the boy or have any sort of good relationship with him, then maybe you shouldn't be doing those things in the first place. In the end, do what you're most comfortable doing.

You don't say how old you are... but it sounds like you're doing things you're not comfortable with just to please your friends. Everyone has different beliefs and morals, you should follow yours. Don't let your friends pressure you into anything you're not comfortable doing - it may just be a hug now, but in a few years it'll be a guy trying to get you to sleep with him. Work on building up your ability to set limits for yourself now.
I wouldn't say you're a prude - your friends just may be a little more... adventurous than you.

Prude - one who is overly modest or proper in behavior or dress.
Hmm! Wow! I thought that word sounded derrogatory until I read the definition. That's a compliment, dear! You don't have to do everything everyone else does. Be who you are, there are guys out there that like girls that are modest.

No, just a little "controlled" by your peers. Do what YOU want to do and forget what the others say do. You may be a lot better young lady than your friends. Sounds like they are trying to make you look foolish. Pops
