Okay, from another Deb~
I know what YOU are going through...
First lets mention the emotional garbage that you carry. If you do not take positive action to correct what is bothering you, it will harm all areas in your life. The NOT wanting to eat is NOT about food. It is a symptom of other issues that you are not solving. Our self confidence lowers when we do not solve our own problems.

Second: NOT eating breakfast makes YOUR body go into "famine mode". This means that your body will reserve the calories you ATE yesterday. It is NOT a weight loss answer.

Third: To jump start your eating properly, Buy fresh fruit and veggies. Snack on them and enjoy the crisp moist flavors.
Try eating half of a banana in the morning for breakfast. This is a dense satisfying and very healthy food.

If you have NO appetite what-so-ever... then buy YOUR favorite food and eat just a little to start with. THEN tell yourself what a "good girl I am, I ate my lunch". I know it sounds funny, but it will help you associate healthy eating with a positive feeling instead of that DrEaD feeling.

Well every girl always gets jelaous of every other girl for no matter what, so don't worry about it too much.

However, eat breakfast. This speeds up your metabolism for the whole day, so that when you eat, it burns easilier.

Second, eat smaller meals throughout the day.

No desserts, no salad dressing unless they are fat free.

Eat salads before larger meals. They will fill you up quickly so that you cant eat as much of the mroe fattening foods.

Excersize regularly. If you don't have a gym/ too expensive, run around the park/ block, do some sittups at home, and buy a good pilates dvd and workout mat. Also get some light weights to assist with the pilates (pilates are awesome, both of my sisters keep in shape doing them 3-4 times per week)

Think slim, act slim.

P.S.> You are not fat for your height, not even overweight. Actually, for your height, you are at the recommended weight. Lose maybe 5 pounds (2-3 kg's), but not much more. Do NOT starve yourself.

you should EAT! continue to monitor your eating habits and eat healthy foods. lots of leafy green veggies and lots of fruits and plenty of water. eat nutrient rich foods that are low in calories and exercise a bit every day. you should NEVER skip meals, but eat small meals throughout the day. skipping meals is what keeps weight on our bodies, it does not help us lose weight. that is the biggest lie ever! you are about 5' 2" and 116 lbs...that is just fine! there is no such thing as perfect in a human. no perfect size, no perfect weight. you are fine the way you are!

You are lieing to yourself and destroying your body. You need to give your body fuel to perform duties even just for thinking. You need to eat, try eating fruits and very light meals and you can monitor your weight to see where you need to be and most of all feel comfortable. You are unhealthy and not doing good by not eating. Stop trying to be an artificial thing with legs, try to be yourself and just be the best that you can be.

You need to see your doctor about your altered self body image and about your eating problems. If you don't get help now they could become even more serious. There is NO SUCH THING as the PERFECT BODY. No matter what you think there is no perfect body. See your doc and get help for your problems now before this gets out of hand.

we do have a same situation. i do also starve myself.. yes i did loose weight but i soon as i think that i am not fat anymore i tend to eat again in the end i tend to gain weight again. I could suggest to you that do not skip meals.. just eat in small amounts in the right time. as you follow it you will be used with that new routine...just small servings will do
