How can we know that an English word is pronunced /Id/ or /t/ or /d/ ???

Woman, you know there are many exceptions to the rules of pronunciation.
The best thing to do is ask about a specific word.

Having not learned this while learning to speak, when "memorizing" the rules of another language people almost always have to rely on knowing how it is spelled and reviewing that quickly in thier minds as they speak the word. When this is done over and over and over again, it becomes learned and you will just pronounce it correctly by memory or habit.

If you are not sure most dictionaries give a pronunciation key. Also a great resource is www.dictionary.com This site even has pronunciation sound files so you can hear he word spoken correctly.

There are rules of pronunciation, that are explained in grammar textbooks or on many ESL websites. Try to google your particular question and you will find an answer. Your question is too general.

They teach exactly that.
Please note that English is allegedly the hardest language to learn.
