They always show Loosing weight Ads, Can they show how a skinny girl can have some meat in her bones Ads? What type of healthy food will give us skinny girls some bones?

i heard a couple of years ago that some ads are actually made in vice versa, where befora and after pictures are shown. that person was skinny before and then they eat A LOT and there it is... 30lbs havier picture thats named "before".
