Hi!

HE LIKE TO SPEND TIME WITH FRIENDS:
"Le gusta pasar el tiempo con amigos"
"Le gusta pasar el rato con amigos"
"Le gusta estar con amigos".

HIS FAVORITE TV SHOW IS...:
"Su programa de TV Favorito es...."
".... es su programa de TV favorito"

1990 (THE YEAR)
"Mil novecientos noventa"
(In Spanish, numbers are numbers, regardless of what they are used for. The year, is as if you were talking about dollars. You just say the numbers. Spanish speakers do not break it in two -like americans, that read 19-90-.
There are people that talk like that, but that is a very rare americanism and, at least to my taste, it sound kind of tacky)

Goodluck!

All the above are not flat at wrong but the phrase "pasar tiempo" is not commonly used in South America or Spain.

The best way to say it is
"A el, le gusta pasar ratos con sys amigos."

THe translation for the second is
"Su programa de television favorito es..."

THe third is
"1990" numbers are written the name in spanish
If you wanted to be technical
it shouold be :"1.190"
if you want to write it out you say
"mil novecientos noventa"

It is hard to make an exact translation without more knowledge of what you're trying to say and the situation. I'll do my best...

He likes to spend time with this friends- El le gusta pasar tiempo con sus amigos.

His favorite tv show is_____ - Su programa favorita es____

1990- Un Mil nueve ciento y noventa.

On the first one, you should probably go with what other, more fluent people give you.

Must the aswers are acceptable...but in my opinon (educated in the Spanish language) Fish's is the best of them all... Take hers..

I would ad the word "ano" (sorry I have no Spanish symbols) to mil novecientos noventa. in other words: "ano mil novecientos noventa."
