When Im outside Im cold, and I sweat under my jacket and my knit cap. When I walk up a set of steps or walk for a long time I get very tired. So if you could help me get more comfortable and cool with some tips that would be great.

as far as foods go i'd say ice cream,nice glass of ice cold water,or cold fruit would def. be the best!

Also, if you eat something really spicy, you may sweat, causing you to cool.
