Where is the best place to meet new girls, and what's the best way to approach it with out seeming like a loser / weirdo, or even despirate?

Well, it depends on what you like. If you like sports, go to a football game or something so you meet a girl who has the same interests as you. To approach her, you could compliment her, ask her something like, "Do you know how to get to____?" or something. Or, you could just walk up to her and say "Hi. My name is _____." If she seems interested, she'll tell you her name, then strike up a conversation. If she walks away, no big deal. It's not like you'll ever see her again.

At an AA/NA meeting, at your shrink's office, in the back seat next to you in a police car, at an anger management class, at a DUI class, at your probation officer's office, in the place where you go to "drop" each week, by hitching rides with strangers, in the back of the store you just shoplifted from.
All kidding aside, at least the above places are outside your house, and away from computers--so at least they're real people.

clubs are a great place. and just relax and flirt alot and dont be shy, girls like guys who are confident, so just have fun.
