Should women go to jail?

If a MAN can go to jail for not paying child support.

Why shouldn't a WOMEN go to jail if she lies on a birth certificate or/and does NOT notify all potential fathers. One missed a montly payment, the other is PURPOSLY committing a 18-year fraud
affecting several lives.

The Court system generally ignores the idea of paternal rights, anyway.
