I have been adding flax seeds to my food lately, about a teaspoon each day.
What is it doing for me? How is it helping?

Is it possible that it is making my hair oily?

i know flax seed consists of fiber and protein and is an essential fatty acid. flax seed is excellent for the digestive system and acts like a buffer against stomach acids. helps with irritable bowel system. because flax seed expands up to 20 times in volume you should drip a lot of water each day. you can take up to 2-3 teaspoons a day. do not believe that it will make your hair oily.
