Do u even need a DVD? Just eat everything u like... just cut on the fat.. that is u cannot starve the whole day or be on diet & at the end of the day u eat cheese sandwich.

Just to be in shape.. just walk or run a mile after your meals.... u woluld be in good shape....
(if u have extra money donate it to me.. I can buy some books with it to go to college)

I'm a big fan of the Windsor Pilates series. They have a video for all over body sculpting. It's a low impact workout, but I've found that it's changed my body in the way that I wanted it to. It focuses more on elongating the muscles and building flexibility than just "bulking up muscles". I highly recommend the series- it's actually fun to do and it's the only workout I've ever found that actually worked for me.

Heres something new...

Buy a Nintendo Wii.

They offer you great fitness things to do, and some are coverd in games, it is good fun, a goofd laugh but also gets you git.

If you got your heart set on a video/dvd fitness, go on www.yahoo.co.uk type in fitness videos and look at the score given to each video by people who have bought it
