Absorbing junior is really good on your feet, also use jell (Dr. Scholl) insoles, good brand sports-socks and the best shoes to can afford!

If its just the blisters causing the pain, anything with lidocaine, or some other local analgesic may help. If the muscles are sore, I recommend ibuprofen.
On an aside, if you are developing blisters, that is a sign that your shoes don't fit correctly. Also, doing a lot of stretches before and after exercise may reduce soreness.

By any chance, are you wearing nylon socks? Nylon in some sensitive people can cause blistering and abrasion. Under the microscpe, nylon has fine sharp edges. 100% pure cotton socks might be the answer for you. Better yet, organic socks, because they last twice as long, plus, they don't have insecticide residue impregnated into the fibers, which can be absorbed by the soles of your feet. (cotton is one of those commodities that is most heavily sprayed)

First of all, cut back on the time you spend. You get no cardiovascular benefits after 60 minutes. To help with the blisters, you can get something called moleskin that will attach to the blister spots and keep them from getting worse.

You do have a shoe problem. Get yourself a pair of walking shoes that fit properly. In the foot care section of a place that sells hiking equipment you can find stuff to put over blisters to keep them from getting worse and cushions them

As with any exercise, you have to start out slow until you build up a tolerance. Eventually your feet will toughen up and you can go futhure in your routine. Take a break until these blisters heal. If you continue, you could do more harm to your feet. So, take it slow and build up your tolerance

Do not pop the blisters, wear large band-aids on them when you wear shoes, when you are home take your shoes off and no band-aid, let your feet breath. Check your shoes you may need a larger or wider size.

You have done too much too fast.Stop and let your feet heal.Then start with 15 minutes for the first week,then add 15 minutes each week till you reach your goal.

well maybe you could take little breaks... and use band-aids or dr. scholl's pads or something.
It could also be your shoes. Make sure you're wearing comfortable athletic shoes that are not too big, not too small.
My mom likes to soak her her feet a lot you could do that.
