Next time they are smoking pot call the cops on them.
Complain to the landlord. Find out if others next to them are just as annoyed and you all should sign a petition to the landlord and housing company. If they party after 10 or eleven and are loud, you can call the cops as well. But, the cops will only come faster if you if you tell them there are drugs, Also, askt the cops that your tip remain annonymousbecause you do not want them to retaliate.
If you have talked to them already then follow those steps otherwise talk to them and see how things go. Encourage others to complain to them as well so they know they behaviour is affecting everyone and they run the risk of being evicted.
Plus if they are smoking pot who know what else is going on up there...

Uh, well if they're smoking pot, call the police right when it happens and tell them! If you're in jail for drugs, you can't stomp around. :)
As for the rest of the noise--Call the leasing office and complain. If nothing happens, keep calling and keep complaining. The squeaky wheel gets the grease, you know. :)
If all else fails, rest assured that you will eventually deliver your baby, and if you can hear what they're doing, they can probably hear what you're doing. Nothing more nervewracking to a person than a screaming, hungry infant at 4 a.m. :)

Sounds like nothing much left for you to do but call the police. They can potentially be arrested for disturbing the peace or the pot smoking. The police may not be able to come out the first time or first few times you call, but keep at it, eventually they will.

You may want to speak with your property mangement about them and let them handle it. That is part of their job...If that doesn't work call the police enough times to their parties and hopefully that will stop it. A third option, is to move. Management may let you out of your lease because of the above reasons or you may have to break it. ..... My husband and I spent many years in apartments before buying a home. These are the ways that we had to handle situations like that. Good luck to you.

I honestly think the best thing for you to do is find a new place to live. You are compromising your health and the health of your baby with the pot smell. If you've already talked to them and to security, it doesnt seem like things are going to change.

The people above me walk like they are 300 pounds too. They took out the carpet and installed hardwood floors that have no sound absorbtion. When they had carpet, I could hear nothing, now I hear everything. I will never live under someone again.

I feel your pain. Document everydarnthing; every noise, every call, keep a copy of every letter, send registered letters to property manager/owner, call police if the noise is after the time stated in your local noise ordinance, when you smell the weed, call the popo.

Have you thought about calling the police about them disturbing the peace? And if they're smoking pot in their room you can have them busted for that and if they're in jail they won't be bothering you any more.
