I worked part time last year.I filled out a 1099.Now it's tax time but they closed.Do I need to report it.

Indeed you do. It's still income earned and was already reported by your employer to the IRS. You have to report it or risk being audited.

You didn't fill out a 1099, the person or firm who paid you did. Of course you must report the income!
