is there any over the counter stuff that will work or any teas home remedy, help

I would first look at my day time habits. Don't drink too much caffeine that may be the cause of your insomnia. Also, don't work out or do anything strenous 3 hours before bed time. Also, if you are napping during the day it may be the cause of your insomnia at night. If that doesn't work you could talk to a doctor and see if perscription meds would be for you. If not there are some over the counter stuff that are temporary fixes.

Some people swear by chamomile (sp?) tea, but I don't like the taste of it...it's supposed to be relaxing, tho. I've heard that lavender oil on your pillow will relax you. My secret however, is to read my Bible. Works like a charm. Something about all the begats and begots that puts me right out. Hey, you asked!

If you live near a border town mexico I suggest you get some sleeping pills. Or if you have a bipolar friend get some xyprexa you will sleep for about 2 days and the most peaceful sleep ever. Or you can masturbate

i have insomnia from time to time too. I don't like taking pills but the one time i did take Tylenol PM it worked wonders. I slept thru the night.

Try melatonin 300 MCG. I like it because I don't wake up feeling drugged

take Tylenol PM it works great. you may wake up a little groggy but that passes fairly quickly.
