Buy some great tasting bottled water and drink 3 glasses before you start eating put your food on a small plate eat slowly chew each bite 20 times then swallow then drink 3 more glasses of water. You should be full if not increase the amount of water you drink to one more glass. Eat healthy snacks like a piece of fruit but if you are really craving something have it, just drink the water before and after. Not only will this suppress your appetite it will leave you hydrated, your skin will glow and the water will flush toxins out of your body. A pill can't do that and they are addictive.

At this point is when you need to start looking at fruits, vegetables, meats, whole grains and food like that. You don’t have to eat the same stuff day in and day out. Just remember that if the label reads like you’re in science class you should probably not eat it.

This diet is great if you have Prom, High School reunion, Wedding and you want to loose 10-15 pounds. Word of caution if you use this type of diet remember this is not a solution, this is a jump start on healthy living. You should also take a strong multi-vitamin.

Everyone says water but the truth is doesn't always work that well. I have used probably every diet pill on the market. YOu don't wanna be hungry use Phentermine. I lost 20 lbs in one month. Food is not appetizing and you don't get hungry at all.
I also heard of tenuate and Didrex is supposed to be okay. They are all prescription.

either purely excercise
you dont have to run uch either
run 3 minutes
and you'll notice your appetite is ocmpletely gone
for an hour or so
then you'll need to run more
but a food suppresant
is asparagus.
the best apetite suppresant there is
and it's negatvie calories so it'll work itself off in time.

You can try to drink those sparkling water, and eat bananas, because they take a lot space in your stomach and eventually you will feel really full and wont want to eat.
