no you are not, instead you are a very gentle and caring person who is waiting for the right girl and right moment. There is no time frame or rules when it should happen. Instead, think of your self as a pot of gold that is so good, true and rare. I can't tell you how many people regret doing any of this for the first time either too early or with wrong person.There is time for everything, and when it happens it will happen. And no, don;t ever think or say that you are a looser because you're not, esspecially since you didn't lure any girl you didn't like into "just doing it" for experience and you didn't really care about her, same way you don't want a girl to do that to you. Wait for the right person and time, and until the feelings are mutual or until you get married (depending on your religious beliefs, which I personally consider the right thing to do).You are a great and caring guy, any girl will be lucky to be with you.

No, you are not a loser, you just sound shy to me. If I were you I would join some clubs and dating sites so you can meet girls, you might even find someone nice and maybe have a gf by the end of the year. Just socialise and meet people, you just need to get out more! Good Luck!!!
