People who accept me for who I am. They look at me and see me. Not my looks, my wallet, my political stance, my marital status, my job, etc. Simply accepting people as a part of the human race is a good start for any church.

A good leader. I remember mass as a child being very boring until we got a charismatic priest. He was replaced with an ancient priest who was very kind, but you could tell he was just worn out. It just wasn't the same. We have an excellent priest at our current parish, makes church worth attending and makes our church the most popular one out of the 7 in the city.

The thing that makes me most want to attend church is the peaceful feeling I get, and that sense of knowing I'm on the right path. Person and spiritual fulfillment.

Even though I was (and am) pagan, I went to church because I was starving for spirituality in a community celebration. Actually, I went to Wednesday night Catechism. However, when our priest was transferred to another parish and Wednesday night gatherings were no longer about Catechism, but about playing basketball and pool and not learning anything about Catholicism, I left.

If I am paid reasonably (i.e. a lot) to attend, I'll go.
For 10000€ per session(and proper protection and lubricant), I'll even stay with the Priest after service for 30 minutes.

If I heard alot of songs from Vineyard USA, really uplifting songs heard in any Vineyard Church and if the people in church were more friendly(like inviting you out to church after the service is over; not for them to pay for the meal; we could go Dutch)

I look forward to church attendance each Sunday so I can partake of the sacred ordinance of the Sacrament. This is the way that LDS members renew their baptismal covenants and remember afresh the atoning sacifice of Jesus Christ.

A congregation with tons of hot single women.
And that's no lie.
Oh yeah, and a pastor, minister or father that was a really good story teller.
Smoke breaks wouldn't hurt either.
