Personally, I like to use Fleur de Sel, and also Trapini sea salt.
I do use Sel Gris for some various things, but not as a main salt, of course. I've tasted various Hawaiian Sea Salts and found them to be quite nice, but not a favorite. What do you like, any suggestions?

Smoked Hawaiian salt is nice, Fleur de Sel rules when you sprinkle a little over freshly cut chicken liver pate!! I also like Hawaiian pink salt and coarse Sel Gris when slowly dissolved with high end Olive oil.

unrefined sea salt is nice- and pure. I got some in Ireland and I am almost out. It really finished a dish off well. I love salt!

I like to get Morton's or scrape it off my car before the deer get around to licking on it. Home Depot has that big bag salt that works great on tater tots.
