I, male who began weight lifting two years ago to get into shape. The problem is, I'm still not in shape. I can lift huge amounts of weight but still look like a fat guy. I do roughly 30 minutes of aerobic activity and about 90 minutes on the weights.

Do more cardio, drink more water, eat less fat, eat more calcium (supplemented orange juice and soy milk, fat free dairy), be sure to eat enough omega3s and as few saturated fats as possible.

If you still look fat you need more cardio.

If you are working out 30 minutes aerobic and 90 minutes lifting every day, I would check the diet for any weight issues. Make sure you aren't going overboard calorically, and also check that you are getting lots of protein to help build muscle--go for lean sources, like tuna and white meat.
