Does any of that tooth whitening gels actually work. If so how long until it works

i tried a few and the only thing i got - a couple of my fillings fell out.

Yes, I use the Crest Whitestrips and can tell a difference after 1 or 2 applications. Directions on box say to use twice a day for 30 min. I only use once a night. You should see the total results in 14 days and teeth are supposed to stay white for 12 months (or they offer a refund, box says). I never had any problems with my fillings although everyone is different. I used some of the less expensive gels with trays and they hurt my sensitive teeth but this product doesn't bother me and my teeth are white.(The dentist actually asked me if I had mine professionally bleached and I haven't).. I suggest trying a couple of different products like I did until you find one you like. They may take a little longer, depending on the color of your teeth. You can also ask your dentist what he or she recommends.
