First, you have to eat right.

Second, you have to exercise.

Do cardio to burn fat.
Do core exercises to get the six pack.

ok this is what you do, don't eat for 2 weeks after that go to the 99 cent store and buy a pair of shoes. after that go to stater bro's and buy a 12 pack of donuts, they should be about 600 calories each, and eat them all at once, then over dose on hamster pellets.
this should cause the 6 pack to emerge.

if this diet plan fails, move to plan b, go to Africa with no money and that way you will not be tempted

You can NOT reduce fat in a spot!!! You need to do cardio AND diet, and *hope* that the fat will go away in the spot you want it gone.

The ONLY way you have to reduce fat in a spot is liposuction!

And, you can't even begin to see your 6 pack if you have a pad of fat on top of your abs. Doing situps and the like will NOT kick the fat away from there.
