Can I use a alternator from another year to fix mine because no one has a 2003. Someone on e bay is selling it but is says that it came out of a 2000 can i use that one?

i think so.... For your car, any Intrepid from 2002-up will work guaranteed. they didnt change anything after 2002. the only difference i know for sure between those two years is the engine wiring harness changed. FWI, if you have the 2.7 liter engine, i would highly suggest trading it in!! dont beleive me? do some research on the 2.7 liter engines.

If your 03 Intrepid has the 3.5 motor, you can use the alternator from the 2000 intrepid with a 2.7.
I call my co-worker and he looked it up in our catalogs.
We stock that alternator, I don't know why the correct one can't be ordered for you.

FIRST CHECK THE BOLT PATTERN THEN THE SIZE OF THE PULLEY RIBS ECT THEN LOOK ON THE SIDE OF BOTH ALTERNATORS AND SEE IF THE AMPERAGE IS THE SAME IF ALL CHECKS OUT YOUR GOOD TO GO BUT REMAN ALTS ARE CHEEP ENOUGH SUGGEST GOT THAT WAY

maybe maybe not have to have the same motor ..if they do sure ...it would work just fine
