I hope it's true, and my beliefs won't change at all. Eveyone knows that he died.

The Roman government in the first century couldn't produce a body, and they didn't want anything more, than to prove the Lord and Savior was still walking around. If they could of produced a body, it would of stopped Christianity dead in it's tracks. The Romans controlled the whole of civilization at the time of the crucifixion. They would of found the body, had there been one.

James Cameron is deluded. All he has to do is read the biblical accounts of Jesus' death, burial, and resurrection, and the account that states that he was seen after the resurrection, prior to the ascension into heaven by more than 500 people. I have been a Christian for 27 years and there is nothing that will alter my belief.

Not true. Not from the Jesus in the Bible. 1. Jesus rose back into Heaven in front of many witnesses. 2. Jesus was a rather common name back then. Kind of like the name John is today. It could be A Jesus but not THE Jesus. 3. How they going to prove Jesus DNA anyway? Ask Him for a blood sample??

I'm weighing in late but I love the answers so far. If these skeptics think something this convoluted is going to shake someones faith, they're out of their mind. I wouldn't worry about anything, ever, that would prove Christ false. Many people have tried in the past and all end up in failure. First the da Vinci Code now this. Laughable to me. They're going to Mars looking for water and evidence of life and are looking all over the galaxy for possible planets that support life - it's futile. But it is funny watching them grasp for straws. It's even more funny listening to their elaborate theories of how life just possibly could have happened on Mars. Sounds familiar. These stories will keep coming. So I don't even worry about it. If someone is swayed by fraud, then they need to evaluate their facts.

Not the right Jesus. The tomb of Jesus has a church built over it. The church is the Church of the Holy Sepulcher. Besides, Jesus had no wife or son to be buried with. The davinci Code was a work of fiction. Do not treat it as fact.

As for my faith, it has made no changes. Maybe for someone who does not know where they stand in their spiritual life, it may have an effect.

They did not find Jesus' Body!! They found bones, the names on the crypts were so common during that time.

Crypt unearthed 27 years ago in Jerusalem. Now, 27 years later they finally have the nerve to try and make this look like a new find and that of Jesus........ No Way.

I'm not real sure how anyone is going to prove that this Jesus is "The Real Jesus".

Unless there are remains that can be confirmed (not likely) to be Jesus, then nothing is proven.

For some reason, I am reminded of Geraldo Rivera and Al Capone's vault. I suspect that if the real tomb of Jesus is discovered a similar outcome will result.

My take on it is humor ... look at all these goofy people with opinions and statistics and "facts" and professional claims going to all these lengths when the show hasn't even aired yet!

lol give them a chance to show their side at least!

Besides, I already read this book, it's called A Skeleton In God's Closet, about a professor who fakes an ossuary with bones and a piece of wood with the words "King of the Jews" written on it, next to the bones of Joseph of Arimathea (sp?). I'll have to admit the author got the reaction of the general public right on the money!

Matthew 24:23-"Then if anyone says to you, 'Look, here is the Christ!' or 'There!' do not believe it."(dead or alive)

Another lame attempt by the evil one. Some will undoubtedly swallow the story hook, line and sinker. Oh,well,as long as someone is making money and having fun deceiving others.

Now if he could find some genuine pixie dust with no expiration date.....

ps This just in: After further dusting a last name was uncovered:...Rodriguez

Phew, glad I didn't toss the Bible.

i don't believe His body CAN be found...on earth, at least...the big hype/hoax doesn't really concern me...for centuries there has been talk of finding the 'holy grail', people selling pieces of 'the true cross', the shroud of turin, then the da vinci's code malarkey, and now this...i don't have a 'belief', i have faith...and it'll take a heck of a lot more than some hollywood publicity hound and some indiana jones wannabes to shake my faith
