I'm surprised Medicaid goes by your mom's income. Because I'm assuming you are in school and can't really work full-time. Would she be eligible to put on your mom's insurance through her job? Most insurance companies will allow you to add dependents hat are living with you. Tell her to call her insurance and see.

See if your mother can have your baby put on her insurance. If not, then get a job that offers health insurance. It's rough, but it's all apart of being an adult. The reason medicaid dropped you was because you are living with your mother and that is considered support.
