I would talk to management, assuming you are renting. They should take care of it, as it is in their interest as well as yours.

I've had this problem many times. First, Call your landlord and tell him what is going on. If he won't do anything (most landlords where I live don't) then call the police. If that don't help, then you should see if you have the money to move. We always ended up moving when this happened to us. Because the landlord never did anything about it and the police always told us to call the landlord. So nothing got done, so we moved. We are lucky now. We bought a house last May. So now we don't have to put up with anything any more. Thank goodness.

Call the police every time and tell the management every time you have to call the police. After a few warnings they should evict them, if it's in the lease to not have loud music playing. I had to deal with that all the time. That's why I will never ever do an apartment again.

How annoying! I cannot stand that! Definitely call the law. I would also consider a complaint to the management/office staff. I did so RE: my upstairs neighbors stomping around like a herd of buffalo. They didn't live here long after I complained on several occasions.

Did you go to the management of the apmts? I think it depends on the time of day that people are allowed to make excessive noise. Some states are like 9am-9pm, or something like that. If it's late at night when they do it just call the cops.

Call the police. They can bring a translator since the people don't speak English. And they can enforce a noise ordinance, possible getting those people evicted if they violate it again.

speak to someone of authority. if you are renting, talk to management, or give the police a buzz. because if they won't do something after you've asked politely, then it's time to take action.

Talk to the manager of the complex. It's their job to deal with the tenants.

Call the police. It's the best thing to do, and I think the most likely way they'll listen to you and stop.
