What are some good (maybe easy) exercises for you stomach other than sit-ups and crunches?

As an alternative I use dumb-bells and the pilati ball. Lie down on your back and place a 5lb. dumb-bell between your feet and hold it. Gradually lift your legs 6-8 inches off the floor. You can also try this with the pilati ball. Place the ball between your legs and lift 6-8 inches off the floor. A few reps of these and I'm sure you'll feel the burn. You can also try simple leg lifts to help your abs. Lie down on your back and lift both legs in the air 6-8 inches off the floor. Take the right leg (while its in the air) and move it to the side...opening your legs even farther...Enough of these will tighten the stomach muscles too.

Well, depending on whether you want to build muscle or get a six pack, (building muscle does not give you a six pack, burning fat does. building muscle without burning fat simply pushes the fat out further, making you look chunkier) you can do a number of things. For building muscle, you can do leg lifts, where you lay on your back, hold on to something, and lift your legs up while keeping them straight. Or you can do flutter kicks, which are much like leg lifts only without bringing your legs all the way up and kicking them in the air. It's important not to let your feet touch the ground for either of these. If you want to burn fat for a six pack, just run.

I like the one where you lay down on your back and lift your legs straight up off the floor about 6-12 inches. It may help to put your hands, palms down, under your rear end for support.

ab lounge but if u dont want to buy anything than sit ups are the best and most effective for your stomach.

i would say eat, eat, and eat some more... and dont exercise... because thats what i do and i have great abs... yet i dont work out... thats because i have a high metabolism... good luck though...
