Crash diets are not safe. You are not a machine that can stop and start and overload at will. Your body needs the right nutrients all the time, whether by regular eating or dieting. Your heart and blood pressure must be healthy at all times or poor health will set in. Lose weight sensibly. Many deaths have occured from fast dieting, and they were young people.

A crash diet is a diet which is extreme in its deprivations - typically severely restricting calorie intake. Meant to achieve rapid weight loss, a crash diet differs from outright starvation only slightly. Crash diets are typically unhealthy and are rarely - if ever - recommended by doctors or dietitians. Crash diets can lead to malnutrition, and are not a recommended means of weight loss.
After a person discontinues a crash diet, the "yo-yo effect" is often seen. This causes a person to eat far more than normal, causing them to regain both the weight that was lost due to the diet as well as additional weight. This is caused by an evolutionary trait of the human race that historically only took effect in times of famine: after a famine ended, people's bodies naturally craved to regain both the weight that was lost, plus additional weight as well, in order to protect themselves in case of another famine.
An example crash diet consists of a daily intake of 4 glasses of skim milk, 4 bananas, and 1 vitamin capsule; a boiled egg may be substituted for a banana. Also, large amounts of caffeine.

none of them are good. you always end up gaining it all back and more. you cant just stop eating for a month you have to change your lifestyle in order to lose weight. well if you dont want to do it the normal way, then try the diet where you dont eat any white flour. you can eat whole wheat and stuff like that but not white flour. and be sure that you drink at least 8 big glasses of water every day!! and you have to exercise to tone your problem areas(thighs do lunges, stomach do sit ups, etc) my uncles sister cut out white flour and lost weight.

well i guess theres no "good" or "healthy" crash diet
but if you want the fastest way to lose weight
go on a 0 cal. [preferiably only water] fast.
you'll lose 2-4 lbs. the first day and one pound on average every day after that
and the ketosis stage is 3 days.
so if you hit 3 days
you'll notice after that your not feelin hungry anymore and you could easily go 10 days and lose nearly 13-15 lbs.
just dont go over 20 becuase taht's just purely starving yourlsef
not fasting anymore
that get sto the point of being unhealthy
good luck [:
