I know I am overweight but I am very tall for my age also. I am 14, 6'2" and 280 pounds what can I do to lose a needed amount of weight in 4 or 5 months?

The best thing to do is get involved in sports and eat the nasty cafeteria food. It is balanced to help maintain a healthy weight. No fast food. Get involved in SPORTS that should do it. It worked for me.

Cut out soda. Drink 8 glasses of water a day. Cut out carbs and sugar like pasta, chips and candy. Eat vegetables, fruit and whole grains. Exercise for 30 minutes 3 to four times a week. Walk, ride a bike or roller blade. Good luck.

Dont do any thing till you ger a check up. no magic pills.. Put some fotos on the fridge of you . weight watchers is good . you can eat regular foods. so your not bothered by others . The support is great. Priced ok..
