Yes, but it is rapidly become outdated technology. The pendulum has swung back to detection having the advantage.
Australia came up with a way of tracking a stealth plane by using a Doppler radar turned 90 degrees on the side. It watches for wing tip vortices, which register like tornados on the screen. Track the vortices to where they meet, and there is where the plane is. You can not actually track the plane, but you can track the disturbance in the air that the plane makes.
Another system uses passive radio signals and tracks things flying through and disturbing the signals. Imagine you are listening to your favorite radio station and a plane flies between you and the station transmitter. You will hear a very quick drop in signal strength as the plane blocks the signal. Now imagine a computer monitoring ALL radio signals. By the path of change, the computer can track the plane.
Other areas of research include shifting the frequency of the radar beam, or even using a laser system. By making changes in the search method, some of the "stealth" of the planes can be stripped away.
Lastly, do like Serbia and just look for the plane and when you see it, shoot it down. The planes are not invisible.

America's stealth technology is probably one of our three most closely guarded military secrets (higher even than nuclear weapons design information).
