Milk,sugar,ice cubes,fresh fruit, add more flavoring or essence if you think it is needed,spin in a blender & serve,good enough for an everyday shake,if you are looking for something richer & creamier then add fresh cream or ice cream,vanilla or same flavour as fruit.Shakes are enjotable & hearty drinks,but don't need fussy weights & measurments,they always come out fine if you use your good judgment.

If you're like me, and most other people, you don't like to measure stuff out. I just put some yogurt (flavored, or not, your choice), ice cubes, fruit, and possibly ice cream together and blend it. If you're looking for something truly different, try orange juice in a smoothie.

I would guess you use vanilla ice cream, and milk and any kind of fruit that you like and put it in a blender and mix,
