montar = ride

I ride = Yo monto
You = tu montas
He = él monta
She = ella monta
It = depending on the gender, he or she "monta"
We = nosotros montamos
You = ustedes montan
They = ellos montan

MONTAR also could be use as SETTING a play ("Montar una obra de teatro")

tomar el sol = spanish word BRONCEAR = sunbath/tan
Broncear should include an article
I = yo ME bronceo
You = tu TE bronceas
He/She/It = Él/Ella SE broncea
We = nosotros NOS bronceamos
You = Ustedes SE broncean
They = Ellos SE broncean

Montar a caballo (horse riding) Montar en bicicleta (bike riding)

Tomar el sol---->take a tan.

They are already in the verb form.... montar tomar... the two are verbs. I,e., You estoy montando a a caballo.... where montando is the verb. (I am horse backridding)) Estoy tomando el sol...where tomando is the verb. (I am sun basking or bathing) I hope I didnt confuse you further...
