Could someone help me with this error?

So if I am missing "STD11N.MSI".. where can i get it?

STD11N.MSI applies to the Standard edition of Office. If you have a different
edition, you'll have a different file on the CD. The solution is to install
the required features from the setup program on the install CD.

Try Windows Update and
update your MS Office.
