Hey, I posted something similar to this a few days ago, but got 0 answers. Anyway, I ordered a sample bottle of the stuff (Aveda Damage Remedy) and I was wondering if anyone has used it. If so, what are the instructions for using it? Do I rinse it out while in the shower or do I keep it in as a leave-in conditioner? It didn't come with instructions. Thanks!

I am assuming you're referring to this?

It says "after washing, smooth treatment from roots to ends, leaving on 2-5 minutes before rinsing".

Doesn't hurt to try. But most "damage remedy" products are just a way to smooth your hair follicles down and make them less rough, so that way they look shiny and healthy.
