Hi im 13 years old and I feel on the cement the other day and Ive got water on it (in it) the doc. said it would go away without drainage but didnt say when it would go away. does anyone know how long it takes because so far its been a week.

You need to keep it elevated and try to stay off it. The more you stay on it the longer it will take. It's hard to say how long it will take. Some take longer than others. I've see some of patient's go down in a week and some takes a couple of months. Keep it propped up. Hope you feel better soon.

if it is growing a scab, that is great to hear, and it is healed up well, and it will go away in about 5 days. hydrogen peroxide would help heal it sooner. give it about 2 more weeks, and it should be all gone.

ice it and prob. about in maybe 3 days it should be back to normal but ice it everytime you get a chance!

just make sure you keep you knee elevated, keep pressure on it , ice it, and stay off of it and you should be fine.

give it another 51 weeks. if it hasn't improved by then, see your physician.
