First. If it is possible. Talk with your parents, let them know how you are feeling. That way you can work together to come up with a solution that works.
Second. Get involved. Start volunteering or join a club at school or somewhere else. This will allow you to get more excercise. It will also provide a valid reason for you to be out of the house that your parents will have to respect.
Hope this helps! Take Care!

Hey, you can always exercise at home. Do some pilates or something like that. It's a way of getting the exercise without having to have someone be with you. Your parents don't want you out alone because of all the crazies in the world. I don't blame them. Your diet sounds good. How "fat" are you?? If it's just a little weight you need or want to lose, the diet change and exercising at home will help. Be positive about it. It will happen.

Problem here isn't eating/weight/exercise. Most informative segment is "I'm not allowed to go out alone". Wonder why that is. Problem here is control over one's life ...... you feel as if you have none. You eat so much because that's the one thing you can decide for yourself, or so you think. Curious as to what is "fat" anyway.

Can your parents afford a gym pass, dance class, martial arts? All of these would be great for your body physically and mentally. It would be great for your self esteem.

Ok your a TEEN so your a little self-consious about your weight. You SAY your eating healthy. If your gaining weight i don't believe your eating healthy. how much weight r u gaining. you gain a little weight before you grow.
