if he told you before that he likes you the is OK fo you t tell him thatyou dolike him never tell no one that you like them unless hey done it before to you because they mght will run away...

but if you wanna tell him anyways, go for it =]
just don`t overexaggerate & tell him you like him ALOT
that may freak him out
