I'm not sure what you mean by "a converter", but I would assume that it's safe to eat unwarmed canned soup (because all that you're doing is warming it up -- it's already cooked). By warming it up, though, you do eliminate some of the bacteria that forms on the inside of the can due to exposure, but it probably wouldn't kill you to do without warming it up. I wouldn't recommend it because I'm sure it tastes horrible (and a microwave is so darn easy to use -- you don't have to use the stove :D ), but to each his own, right?

i dont think you should do that by eatting and drinking out of the can because you know that the reyecley companies does use the same old soups cans by cleaning them out very will and replace them over again . that why they wanted people learn about how to reycles cans and newspapers and milk bottles and whatever they do make the same old things but sometimes prints out with brand new stuffs like stories and ect.. yes i know that papers are made with trees but still you know that if you didnt know that alot of people does carrying some germs by touching the same cans soups as you buy them from the stores . i had learn about it when iam in school .

Never eat soup, that is uncooked, because you could get food poisoning.
