It's the peace that can come even when everything is going wrong. It is something that just lets you know, "hey, you're doing good, keep it up."
It's having that person who loves you for who you are, but who inspires you to be better.
It's something that can be a moment long, but the effects of it can last for eternity. It opens your eyes and increases your understanding, and helps you to discern truth from error.
It's something which is real, which you can feel physically in your body (relieving and purifying) as well as emotionally. It's something worth doing all you can so you can have it with you always.

It is what many people search for most of their life(inner peace)but unfortunately they search in the wrong places and in the wrong ways. The joy of Christ can only come from the truth that he taught topeople,and by puting this truth into practice thereby following his example closely.This is true inner peace.
