at school this kid always comes up to me and starts touching me (no teachers around). i tell him to stop but he never does and i always try and pull away from him and always do eventually and he starts laughing. now when he comes take like 5 steps back and he will be like whats your problem. and i dont like being touched b/c iv been sexually assulted for sure before. what should i do about this kid i hate him touching me and he acts like he's just having fun touching me and watching me get really upset.

If you don't like it then why are you hanging around him or where he can come up to you? Why do you wait until he touch you before you try to back up? Why have you not told anyone about this? If you dress like a milk man then don't be upset when someone trys to get milk!!!

Sexual harassment, assault, etc. is definitely not allowed in a school or any place for that matter. As soon as you spot him, run to the nearest teacher. If that's not possible, tell the teachers or principal. Or get a video recording of him harassing you and show it to a teacher.

If you were my little sister, I would give him a good beating of his life and if I have my way I would have him castrated, so that he won't be able to sexually assault any young girls or women later on in his life. The type of people like this punk at your school, they all start out as a molestor, then they move up to their ranks later on in their lives when they get older, to become rapists and/or pedophiles.
Why are there so many damn child molesters, pedophiles, and rapists in this country?
Those repeated sex offenders, should they have their testes castrated, so women don't have to live in fear any more?

It's unwanted contact or attention. It's not technically abuse or assault. However, it can fall under the definition for harassment: unwanted contact or attention of sexual nature that is making it a hostile environment for you. Go to your teacher or counselor and slap a sexual harassment complaint against him. He's probably thinking it's funny to get a rise out of you and making a mockery or your emotional pain. Let's see how he laughs then.

You don't have to put up with that... I would tell him one more time to stop and that i was going to report him(make sure someone else is aware of what he is doing ..like a friend of yours to back you up)and then I would tell the teacher or nurse or principal ..... and keep telling until they do something...... You need to tell the principle, it is sexual abuse, you have made it clear you don't like it.
If the school fails you go to the police. And find a lawyer who will nail them for not protecting you if they do nothing about him.
I doubt you are the only girl he is bullying like this.
Be strong and stand up for your right to a safe school.
Also visualize yourself as a giant crushing him under your heel repeatedly. Empower yourself.

hun, it is sexual assult, if you dont want him doing it ITS DEFFINATLY SEXUAL ASSULT. But If u were willing then its not, what I would do is talk to the teachers tell them whats goin on, they will help, by contacting parents and possible susspention.

aw i know how you feel . i`ve been through sexual assault in my life to. =[ it`s somewhere i NEVER wanna be again. & you should never even have anyone touch you in a matter that makes you question if its a sexual assault or not. tell him to STOP in a serious face/tone. if he doesn`t report it, try to stay away from his as much as you can.

Notify your principal immediately. He may think its funny, and is not trying to hurt you, but its really a assault and battery whenever he puts his hands on you. You have turned down his advances and that means they are unwanted.
